Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
Book Jobs EU is a free job board that helps job seekers discover book publishing jobs and internships across Continental Europe. These Terms of Service govern your use of bookjobs.eu. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
1. Who we are
Book Jobs EU is an independent aggregator and job board, not an employer or recruitment agency. We collect and display publicly available information about publishing jobs from European publishers, bookstores, and literary organisations. We do not host applications, conduct interviews, or take part in hiring decisions for roles listed on the Site. Applications are submitted to employers or third-party platforms via links on each listing.
2. What we provide
The Site offers:
- A searchable directory of book publishing jobs and internships in Continental Europe
- Filters to browse by category, job type, location, and employer
- Links to external employer career pages and application systems
- Optional account features such as saved jobs, where available
- Information about publishers and literary organisations active in the European market
Listings are aggregated from public sources. We try to keep information current, but always confirm details with the employer before applying. Listings may appear in the language in which the employer published them.
3. Your use of the Site
Permitted use
You may use Book Jobs EU for personal, non-commercial purposes to discover jobs and learn about the European publishing industry.
